No spotting, so that's good. Follow up ultrasound on Friday to do another head/heartbeat count and check on the cyst and subchorionic hemmorhage.

Just a little backstory...last week at 6w3d, I had an ultrasound that saw two yolk sacs, two fetals poles, and one heartbeat (130bpm). Most likely a vanishing twin, but it is a possibility that the second heart just hadn't started beating yet. We will see.

I'm feeling pretty good about everything today, not so stressed. Whatever will be will be, right? I'll probably be a mess tomorrow. =)
