This beautiful girl is about to turn six. Which blows my mind. She's too pretty for her own good, surprising me sometimes with how old she looks, beyond her five years. But the best thing about Ava is that her outer beauty doesn't hold a candle to her inner beauty. Her love for God shines through in everything she does. I never thought my five year old would be teaching me things about faith, but she has.
You know, I love my babies and as they've all grown I've always said "Now this age is my favorite!" I always thought that would stop at some point, that I would find that age that was without a doubt not my cup of tea. I may find it yet, but as for now...Ava has not hit an age or stage I didn't absolutely love, even with all the bumps in the road.
She's pretty cool, if I do say so myself.
